megan walked with sophia to the end of the hallway and pressed the down button.

“honestly, i’m kinda scared because i don’t want daniela to get lost,” megan told sophia carelessly as they waited.

sophia smirked knowingly, and replied, “huh.”

megan, upon realizing what it sounded like, replied, “soph i didn’t mean it that way, i uh… meant it as a person who doesn’t want her bandmate to get lost because.. um.. well beck’s gonna kill me, heh..”

sophia sent megan the look. “i don’t know about you, but that kinda sounds to me like you have a crush on a certain someone..”

megan frowned. “sophia, i HAVE a girlfriend.”

sophia rolled her eyes. “a girlfriend who cheated on you twice and refused to come to a single show?”

megan gasped. “soph, how many times do i have to tell you it was a misunderstanding? i didn’t even see her cheat! adri would never cheat on me. plus, she probably didn’t want to pay for a concert!”

sophia sighed. “sometimes, meg, you’re too naïve for your own good. you literally offered her a free ticket.”

by now, the pair had made it to the buffet hall. megan loaded her plate with eggs, bacon, and pancakes before heading to a table. sophia joined her soon after. “megs do you want matcha? i’m gonna go ask the lady for some.”

megan nodded, enjoying her food too much to respond.
