CAST OF CHARACTERS:

— LOOKMHEE —

Works at a small bookstore called The Last Page. Writes poetry in a little notebook she keeps in her jacket pocket at all times. Falls in love with ideas, places, and people — quickly and completely. New to the city and trying not to show how scared she is.

— SONYA —

Precise, dry-witted, and quietly brilliant. She notices everything but says very little of it out loud. Her walls aren’t cold, they’re careful. She shows care through actions rather than words — She doesn’t say I care about you. She just keeps showing up until you figure it out yourself.

— ENGFA —

Always has snacks. Always knows when something is wrong before you say it. She was the first one to welcome Lookmhee into the group — and she has been quietly rooting for her and Sonya ever since.

— BECKY —

Loud, sharp, and somehow always right about everything. She noticed the tension between Lookmhee and Sonya before anyone else did — and immediately opened a betting spreadsheet about it.

— FREEN —

Sweet, enthusiastic, and a little clueless — but in a way that everyone finds completely endearing. Cries at happy things, sad things, and sometimes just nice sunsets. Everyone’s favourite person in the room.

— TANGKWA (TK) —

Says very little. Notices everything. Has the best one-liners in the group and delivers them completely deadpan. Freen’s best friend. The only one who knew about Sonya’s feelings before Sonya admitted them.
