Chapter 11
The lock clicked. 27 looked up immediately. In position as always.
Mistresses.
The thought came before anything else. The door opened, and both women entered.
Viv first. Elara close beside her. Always beside her. Like her queen
27 had begun noticing that. Not because she wanted to, but because there was little else left to think about. They moved together. Stood together. Even silence seemed shared between them.
“Stand,” Viv said.
27 obeyed. Something was different. She could feel it. Viv held something in her hand. A leash. The sight of it made her stomach tighten.Without a word, Viv attached it to the ring on her collar.
The click echoed through the room.27 froze. Her thoughts immediately spiraled.
‘They’re selling me.’ The thought arrived so suddenly it almost hurt.
Another auction. Another buyer. Another basement. Another number. She didn’t think the next would be this kind to her.
Her breathing quickened.
Elara noticed. “Relax,” she said. The words did nothing. Viv gave the leash a small tug.
“Walk.”
27 followed. The basement door opened. For the first time in what felt like forever, she was led up the stairs. Her eyes squinted at the bright light, light wasn’t something she was used to.
Each step felt unreal. The house above was enormous.
Bright.
Elegant.
The kind of place she would have stopped and stared at once. Now she barely noticed the furniture. She was too busy waiting for whatever came next.
The leash remained loose. Viv didn’t need to pull. 27 followed automatically. Hallways stretched around them.
Large windows. Paintings. Soft lighting. Evidence of a life she couldn’t imagine. Mistresses lived here. It looked like a beautiful massive home.
The thought settled easily. Much easier than anything about herself. Finally they stopped in front of a closed door.
Viv opened it. 27 stared.
The room was pink. Soft pink walls. Soft pink curtains. Soft pink carpet. Yet it felt strangely empty. Because there was almost nothing inside.
Only a large cage that took up almost half the room. It was tall enough where she could walk inside it.
Inside was a real mattress. Pillows. Comfortable blankets. Clean sheets.
For a moment 27 simply stared. She couldn’t make sense of it. Viv guided her forward.
“Inside.”
27 stepped into the cage. The mattress dipped beneath her weight. Soft. Far softer than anything she’d touched in weeks. The cage door remained open. For now.
Elara leaned against the doorway, smiling slightly. “What do you think?”
27 hesitated. She wasn’t sure what answer was expected. The room. The cage. The mattress. None of it made sense.
Viv gave her permission to speak. Finally she asked the only question she could think of “Why?”
Viv crouched slightly. “So you can earn more.”
27 frowned. Viv gestured around the nearly empty room. “The better you behave, the more you receive.”
“A chair.”
“A bookshelf.”
“Decorations.”
“Privileges.”
Each word was delivered calmly.
Matter-of-fact. As if discussing a business arrangement.
“A-And if I don’t?” The question escaped before she could stop it. Silence filled the room. Then Viv answered. “You go back downstairs.”
The basement immediately appeared in 27’s mind. The darkness. The loneliness. The concrete floor. Her stomach dropped.
Viv stood. “The choice is simple.” Elara walked around the cage slowly.
“Most pets prefer upstairs.”
The word “pets” made 27’s jaw tighten. She couldn’t believe there were more. She said nothing.
Viv noticed. Viv always noticed. “Questions?” Viv asked.
27 hesitated. “Clothes?” The room became quiet. Elara laughed first. Not cruelly. Just genuinely amused. “Clothes?” Elara repeated. 27 felt heat creep into her face.
Elara smiled. “We like seeing you exactly as you are. We like to be able to see everything. No secrets. We can tell a lot about you based on how your body reacts.”
Elara trailed her way over to her and gently caressed her bare leg. “I can’t wait till you’re a good little pet and we can play with you. Until you’re able to cum on demand with a single word. If you listen, maybe it will be soon.”
Viv nodded once, glaring at Elara a bit for exposing too much. “Clothing is unnecessary inside the house.”
27 looked away. Elara’s grin widened. “Besides,” she added, “if we’re feeling generous, maybe you’ll get something more entertaining someday. I can’t wait to put you in some cute little costumes.”
Viv sighed softly.
“Elara.”
“What?” Elara asked innocently.
“You were thinking it too.”
For the first time, Viv almost smiled. Almost.
The expression vanished before 27 could be certain she had seen it.
“We’ll decide what you wear,” Viv said. “When the time comes.”
A pause.
“And if we leave the property, you’ll be dressed appropriately.”
27 absorbed the information. Another rule. Another decision that wasn’t hers. The leash was removed. The collar remained, as always.
Viv stepped toward the door. Elara followed. Together. As always.
Before leaving, Viv looked back.
“Remember.”
27 straightened instinctively.
“The room reflects your behavior.”
Her eyes swept across the empty space. The bare walls. The single cage. The mattress. Potential.
“Be a good girl.”
Then the door closed.
The lock clicked.
And for the first time since arriving, 27 wasn’t in the basement anymore. She sat alone in the center of the pink room. The silence felt different here. Lighter. More dangerous. Because now there was something to lose.
