The Katseye living room was a mess of ring lights, pillows, and half-finished snacks as the girls set up for their live-stream. Sophia was adjusting the camera angle, Megan was arguing with the chat before the stream had even started, and Manon was trying to get everyone to sit in a way that didn’t look like complete chaos.

You were curled up on the sofa beside Dani, your legs touching, her hand resting slightly on your knee. She kept glancing at you with that soft, secret smile – the one she only ever gave you.

“Okay, we’re live in three… two… one…” Sophia said, hitting the button.

The chat exploded instantly.

“HI EYEKONS!” Yoonchae yelled, waving both hands.

“Please don’t yell,” Megan muttered. “My ears are sensitive.”

“You’re sensitive,” Lara shot back.

The comments were already flying – emojis, questions, chaos – but Dani wasn’t looking at the screen.

She was looking at you.

You nudged her gently. “We’re supposed to be paying attention.”

“I am,” she whispered, eyes still on you. “Just not to them.”

You tried not to smile, but she leaned in closer, her shoulder brushing yours, her fingers tracing slow circles on your thigh under the blanket.

“Dani,” you whispered, “we’re on camera.”

“I know,” she murmured, her lips brushing your ear. “Behave.”

You snorted. “You’re the one whispering in my ear.”

She grinned. “Maybe I want to see you blush on live-stream.”

You shoved her slightly, laughing – and the chat immediately noticed.

“WHY ARE THEY GIGGLING.”

“DANI AND Y/N ARE IN THEIR OWN WORLD AGAIN.”

“HELLO??? WE CAN SEE YOU.”

“THE WAY SHE’S LOOKING AT HER!!”

Sophia glanced over and groaned. “Guys. Please. We’re trying to answer questions.”

“We are answering questions,” Dani said, still staring at you. “Just… silently.”

Manon chuckled and threw a pillow at her. “Stop flirting on camera!”

Dani caught it without looking away from you. “No.”

“Okay,” Megan said loudly, “EYEKONS want to know what our favourite snacks are.”

“Chocolate,” Yoonchae said.

“Popcorn,” Lara added.

“Sardines,” Manon said.

“Y/N,” Dani smirked.

You choked on your own breath. “Dani!”

The girls screamed in unison.

Sophia slapped her forehead. “DANI. ANSWER THE QUESTION.”

“I did,” she said innocently.

The chat went feral.

“DANI PLEASE.”

“THE WAY SHE SAID IT SO CASUALLY???”

“Y/N IS BLUSHING.”

“GET A ROOM.”

Dani leaned in, whispering. “They’re right. We should.”

You elbowed her. “Stop.”

She laughed, soft and warm, and rested her head on your shoulder like she belonged there.

At one point, Lara was answering a question about their upcoming schedule when Dani reached for your hand under the blanket, intertwining your fingers.

You looked at her. She looked at you. And then she kissed your cheek – quick, soft, but very visible.

The chat exploded again.

Sophia groaned. “Dani, you’re going to break the internet.”

“She already did,” Megan muttered.

Manon pointed at the screen. “Look at the comments. They’re losing their minds.”

Dani shrugged, still holding your hand. “They’ll survive.”

You whispered, “You’re impossible.”

She whispered back, “And you love it.”

“THE HAND HOLDING???”

“THE CHEEK KISS???”

“THEY’RE NOT EVEN TRYING TO HIDE IT ANYMORE.”

“DANI IS SO GONE FOR HER OMG.”

“Y/N LOOKS JUST AS GONE HELP.”

Yoonchae tried to redirect. “Okay, next question-“

But Dani was still whispering in your ear, making you giggle, making you blush, making the chat spiral.

“Dani,” you whispered, “you’re going to get us in trouble.”

She smiled. “Worth it.”

Eventually, the girls stopped trying to control the chaos.

Megan sighed dramatically. “Fine. Whatever. Let them flirt. We’ll just… do the stream around them.”

Manon nodded. “They’re basically background decorations at this point.”

Lara waved at the camera. “Welcome to the Dani and Y/N Show featuring Katseye.”

Sophia giggled. “Honestly? Accurate.”

Dani kissed your temple. “We should start charging them.”

“For what?” you asked, laughing.

“For this,” she said, gesturing between you. “Premium content.”

You shoved her gently. “Stop.”

She grinned. “Make me.”

By the time the live-stream wrapped up, the chat was still screaming about the two of you, the girls were exhausted, and Dani was still glued to your side.

Sophia ended the stream with a giggle and a sigh. “Okay, bye EYEKONS. Please pray for us.”

The moment the camera turned off, Dani turned to you fully, her smile soft and warm.

“You know,” she said, brushing a strand of hair behind your ear. “I like doing live-streams with you.”

You raised a brow. “Because you get to flirt with me in front of thousands of people?”

She shrugged. “Maybe.”

You laughed, leaning into her. “You’re ridiculous.”

“And you love it,” she whispered.

You kissed her cheek. “I really do.”
